"When two oceans collide, there is mayhem on the horizon. On this episode Mario ventures off the coast of Cape Town where the Indian ocean meets the Atlantic. The two colliding water temperatures and currents causes the yellow fin tuna to come in hordes and he finds himself in a David vs Goliath battle with his food. It is of the upmost importance than he can select his fish and only one at a time line caught, which sounds easy in theory.... but nature has something else in mind for him."

"Deep in the wilderness of Northern South Africa, poaching is rife, and the wilderness is as dangerous as it gets. Mario attempts to be the first person in the area to have ever harvested one of the most dangerous animals known to Africa, the Cape buffalo also known by locals as "Black Death". By risking his life Mario is determined to harvest this beast so he can donate the meat to the Anti-poaching units who are on the front line, saving endangered animals daily. As most of the bounty is used to feed the conservationists, he reserves a shank for himself as he is keen to create a hearty dish of Osso Bucco."
